The start of 2021 had me feeling pretty lost and demotivated but in this video, I wanted to share a few easy and actionable ways that helped me personally when I needed to be productive and get shit done even though all my body wanted to do was procrastinate the hell out of everything.
It took me a while to develop a routine that would help me max out my productivity so obviously this video is very me-specific but I am hoping that a few of these tips will help you develop your own productivity routine.
This topic is very close to my heart. Being a type-A personality, I’ve always had this compulsive need to always be productive and on the go.
But the past few months have taught me a lot of lessons and I’ve learned so much about burnout, creative blocks, and toxic productivity at the same time, I have realized the upside to being mindfully productive so, addressing this issue felt like the need of the hour.
